• Reality check: Where are you in comparison to where you want to be.

• Explore options, solutions and needed action steps.

• Help client make a plan and agree to action steps.

• Meet for selected duration once a month via phone or in person to track progress, discuss challenges and wins and refocus with access to email in between meetings.

• Receive additional insights and educational materials from

  KD Coaching throughout the process.
